(Attendee Guidelines)

As referenced in the event registration consent

TERMS & POLICY

1. Payment & Registration

  • Registration is only complete after full payment has been received.
  • All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of visa denial (with proof).
  • Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval from the organizers.

2. Travel & Accommodation (For Travel Package Attendees)

  • Attendees who booked a Full Package (Flight + Hotel) will receive their flight details and hotel confirmation within the stated processing period.
  • Those who requested travel assistance will receive a personalized travel quote based on their request form.
  • Any changes to travel or accommodation must be communicated at least 14 days before departure.

3. Event Access & Security

  • All attendees must present their E-Ticket (sent via email) at the venue check-in.
  • Conference badges must be worn at all times for access to event areas.

4. Photography, Media & Publicity

  • By attending, participants consent to being photographed and recorded at the conference for publicity purposes.
  • Attendees may not distribute or live-stream conference sessions without permission.

6. Health & Safety

  • Attendees must adhere to local Dubai regulations, including any health and safety protocols.
  • Emergency procedures will be communicated on-site; please follow the guidance of event staff.
